When you upgrade your CWP license to CWPPro, it may take 48 hours for server to update or upgrade license, because CWP has automatic updates which are done via crontab.
If the new version is released then please allow up to 48 hours for server to update.
If you want to force update you can do that by executing the following command.
sh /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/scripts/update_cwp
or
sh /scripts/update_cwp
